Because each Soul Dog Wines bottle is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we review your claim, we will gladly replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
